The CDC warns us that 1 in 4 people 65 and older will have a fall this year, we want to stop that.
Most falls occur at home, so it makes sense to start there. Improving safety in your home can not only keep you and your loved ones healthy, but may lead to less hospitalizations.
With our decades of experience, we know which areas of the house and which potential dangers to focus on. We educate you on which areas of your home are a fall risk and let you decide where to take action.
We provide a full consultation from a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) to explain available options so that you can feel confident choosing the right modifications for your home. We strive not only to meet your current needs, but also to prevent potential falls from happening.
Have you ever picked a contractor and been unsatisfied with their work? It happens more than you think. We can recommend the companies that we've used for years, to ensure you are getting top quality service and workmanship
We strive to keep you SAFE by combining our years of knowledge and experience, the highest quality contractors, and our dedication to delivering exceptional service. Time to enjoy the "golden years" with one less worry.
The Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist designation was developed by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in partnership with AARP and is administered by NAHB. Professionals who have earned the CAPS designation are experts in designing and building aesthetically-enriching, barrier-free living environments. They have been trained in the unique needs of the older adult population and apply strategies and techniques to provide comprehensive and practical home modification solutions.
When you hire a CAPS, you are buying a service rather than a product. CAPS graduates also pledge to uphold a professional code of ethics and are required to take continuing education to maintain their designation.
